Mitchell Smith was raised in Western Kentucky. A 1992 graduate of Murray State University with a BS degree. Mitchell moved to Middle Tennessee in 1994. He and his wife Karen have two children, Madison and Matthew. In 2010 he received his Real Estate Affiliate Brokers license. He manages his own rental properties and enjoys working with real estate investors.

Donald Corley is a native of Rutherford County and a graduate of Riverdale High School. Donald is the owner of Corley Electric where he's been an electrical contractor in the residential and commercial business for over 38 years. Donald has built homes throughout Rutherford County and has owned his own rental and investment properties for over 20 years. In 2006 he received his Real Estate Affiliate Broker's License. He and his wife Rose Mary currently reside in Cannon County and have two children, Dillon and Drew.

Cindy Timmerman is currently the office manager in the Property Management Division at Clark Maples Realty & Auction Co. Prior to coming to Clark Maples, she was the office manager for JS Properties in Murfreesboro and has over 15 years of experience in the property management business. Cindy is a lifelong resident of Murfreesboro and lives with her husband Bob, her 9 year old niece Sarah and their 2 cats, Casper and Zippy. She recently earned her 5th degree black belt in Wado Ryu Karate from Bill Taylor’s Bushido school of karate and teaches cardio kickboxing.
